1.     A Quirumed S.L. distributor has to be a company or store that sells medical / aesthetic equipment etc. to end distributors.

2.     To become a distributor for Quirumed S.L. and benefit from special discounts, you must register on the website www.quirumed.com and send business documentation (Co. Reg. Number, VAT number, IEA) via email.

3.     Login to Quirumed.com is free. The distributor will have access to their personal data with a password that is changeable at any time. The distributor is not required to register and he/she can unsubscribe at any time. The information that Quirumed S.L. receives with regards to distributor applications, are kept completely confidential and only Quirumed S.L. will have access to this data.

4.     After receiving the registration form and documentation, Quirumed S.L will proceed to verify the profile of the distributor and company. Thereafter the distributor will be given access to the website as a Quirumed S.L. distributor, provided that the conditions mentioned in paragraph 1 are met. This process may take up to 2/3 days.

5.     A login and password will be sent to the email address that was provided by the distributor on the registration form.

6.     From the distributors distributor account he/she will have access to the online catalogue of products with discounted distributor prices.

7.     The distributor discount applies only to products and cannot be applied to the freight / transport costs.

8.     Only if the distributor has a VAT registration number for intercommunity purchases will he/she be exempt from paying VAT.

9.     The distributor can carry out orders or request quotes through his/her account, by phone or via the online contact form.

10.   After ordering, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the distributor. The distributor will be notified by email whenever a change in the status of the order occurs.

11.  From his/her account the distributor can access order details, review the order status, print the order or pro-forma invoice.

12.  Shipments are made to the delivery address specified by the distributor.

13.  Shipments are made through the shipping company TNT.

14.  The distributor can arrange collection of their order at the Quirumed S.L. warehouse using their own carrier, following prior authorisation by Quirumed S.L.

15.  The manuals, certificates and other documents that the distributor requests will be sent via email after receiving payment for the goods.

16.  To be able to display Quirumed S.L. products on their website, they must first contact Quirumed S.L.

17.  After accomplishing 12 months as a qualified distributor Quirumed S.L. shall review the volume of purchases made by the distributor.
